Herpes and pregnancey

i have herpes..and im also about 13 weeks pregnant i dont know if i should really be scared or not i did my own research on it but im till like idk about the hole thing the father of the baby has never been tested so for safety reasons were going to start wearing condoms and not have sex as much as before. My plans are to carry the baby to full turm but im scared to have a C-section because of the scars..but i have know problem doing that if need be.
